Yemen's Children Platform, new specialized Yemeni press
Today, Saturday, a new Yemeni platform was launched under the name (Children of Yemen) as a platform specializing in childhood issues and children’s journalism as part of efforts to enhance awareness and improve media engagement on childhood issues in Yemen.
The platform launched by the National Organization of Yemeni Journalists “Sada” in partnership with the Center for Civilians in Light of Conflict “Civic” seeks to publish topics related to childhood issues in Yemen by adopting modern journalism templates and methods, and focuses on media education as a tool for disseminating knowledge and community awareness, with the aim of contributing to the protection of children. The platform includes a variety of windows, including news, investigative reports, reports, and environmental topics related to children and their impact on climate change, in addition to awareness and education for children and groups related to them.

The platform also dedicated special files to address major childhood issues, namely the recruitment file, the education file, the health file, the violence file, the street children file, and the child labor file.
The platform provides resources, such as children's books, children's journalism, studies, reports, guides, references, and special publications within the resources window, which represents an integrated library about childhood.
The platform allocated windows and sections for writings and dialogues, in addition to a free space for children’s creative writings expressing their opinions.
Yemen's Children Platform includes the "Our Community" window, through which it seeks to expand the child-friendly community, encourage positive child culture, and provide Yemen's Children community with real partners to support them.
The platform aims to spread public awareness of childhood issues, enhance children’s awareness of their rights, provide media and community protection for them, highlight the relationship between the environment and children’s rights, and combat misinformation regarding childhood topics and issues.
