More Than 500 Children Benefit from Emergency Epidemic Disease Center Services in Hajjah Within One Week

The Emergency Center for Epidemic Disease Control in Hairan District, Hajjah Governorate, provided medical services to 1,542 beneficiaries with support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
During the period from 3 to 9 June 2026, the Pediatric Clinic received 527 children, while the Internal Medicine Clinic treated 189 beneficiaries, and the Epidemic Disease Control Clinic provided care to 826 patients.
In addition, the center's supporting services included 388 patients receiving laboratory services, 1,466 beneficiaries receiving medications from the pharmacy, 395 observation cases, and the implementation of four medical waste disposal activities as part of infection prevention and control measures.
