Yemen’s Children Platform Participates in the 18th ARIJ Forum in Amman

Arkan Saeed Al-Wafi, Managing Editor of Yemen’s Children Platform, took part in the 18th ARIJ Forum held in Amman, Jordan, with broad participation from journalists, researchers, and media professionals from various Arab and international countries.

The platform’s participation comes as part of its commitment to strengthening Yemeni media focused on children’s issues, learning about the latest practices in investigative journalism, fact-checking tools, and impactful storytelling techniques.

Arkan Al-Wafi emphasized that the platform’s involvement in the forum represents an important opportunity to build professional relationships with Arab and international media institutions, and to exchange expertise on producing content that highlights children’s rights and the violations they face in Yemen.

Yemen’s Children Platform aims to make use of the forum’s outcomes to develop its media projects and enhance its capacities in conflict-sensitive journalism, in a way that strengthens its mission to advocate for children’s issues and amplify their voices within society.
