Four Children Drown in Marib After Falling into a Water Pit

The Marib Police Department announced the death of four children, aged between 8 and 13, in a tragic drowning incident that occurred in a water pit at the Al-Suwaida IDP camp.

According to the police, the victims were: Doaa Saleh (12), Wafaa Saleh (10), Shaia Saleh (13), and Afia Ahmed (8), all residents of the Al-Suwaida camp.

Marib Police confirmed that the children drowned while attempting to fill containers with water from the pit, adding that their bodies have been placed in the morgue of Al-Hay’ah Hospital in Marib City.
