Mustafa Maqri… A Child Detained Inside a Cage in Hajjah

A Houthi-affiliated supervisor in Hajjah province detained the child Mustafa Maqri, from Al-Kubadah village in Aslam district, inside an iron cage, on the pretext of sharing and posting information on social media platforms.

Media sources reported that one of the Houthi supervisors imprisoned the child in this degrading manner, in an incident that sparked wide public outrage on social media platforms, with many condemning it as a flagrant violation of the child's rights and human dignity.

Activists called for the immediate release of the child and the accountability of those responsible for this incident, considering it a dangerous precedent against children in conflict zones.
