Launch of Training Workshop for Data Verification Specialists in Al-Hodeidah under “Cash Plus” Education Support Project
The Social Welfare Fund in Al-Hodeidah Governorate has launched a training workshop for data verification specialists as part of the “Education-Responsive Cash Plus” project, which targets more than 10,000 children in Al-Khokha District. The initiative is being implemented under the supervision of the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Mokhtar Al-Yafei, and the Governor of the province, Dr. Al-Hassan Ali Taher.
The workshop aims to strengthen the capacities of 34 male and female trainees from the Fund’s staff in Al-Hodeidah and Taiz governorates in the field of data verification, ensuring accuracy and quality, and contributing to improved project implementation efficiency.
The launch event was attended by the Director General of Beneficiary Development at the Fund’s headquarters, Talib Hamed Mohammed; UNICEF consultant Ali Al-Rifai; and the Director General of the Fund’s branch in Al-Hodeidah, Ahmed Hammadi. The initiative seeks to enhance data quality, thereby improving the effectiveness of social programs and projects, and supporting the educational process for targeted children while achieving the project’s intended outcomes.
