Child Injured by Houthi Sniper in Taiz

A 14-year-old boy, Mohammed Fahd Mohammed, sustained serious injuries to his right leg after being shot by a Houthi sniper stationed in Al-Subri hill in the city of Taiz, southwestern Yemen.

Media outlets, citing security sources, reported that the incident occurred in recent hours, and the injured child was transferred to Al-Thawra Hospital for treatment.

Human rights sources noted that this crime is part of a series of ongoing violations and assaults committed by the Houthis against children in Taiz governorate.
