Child Dies in Traffic Accident in Ibb Governorate

A child, Sohaib Al-Ghaithi, died on Saturday following a traffic accident in one of the areas of Ibb Governorate, central Yemen.

Local sources reported that the accident occurred when a vehicle, traveling at excessive speed, struck the child, resulting in his death at the scene.

Residents have called for stricter traffic safety measures and greater efforts to curb speeding in residential areas in order to protect civilians—especially children.
